Duplex Nail

These Nails are double-headed . Unlike traditional nails with a single head, duplex nails have heads on both ends of the nail body. This unique design makes them versatile and suitable for certain applications where temporary fastening or easy removal is desired.

The double-headed configuration allows them to be easily inserted and removed using minimal tools.

Where are duplex nail used ?

They are mostly used in temporary construction, such as building wooden scaffolding, formwork, or temporary wood braces, concrete pouring, and woodworking projects where the nail needs to be taken out without causing significant damage to the materials being fastened.

What are the different finishing types?
  • Bright nails are not coated with a protective finish layer which means they are more vulnerable to outdoor conditions.
  •  Vinyl coated nails use a slick vinyl coating for easier nail driving into the material. However, this coating does not protect the nail from corrosion.
  •  Electro-galvanized (white / yellow) nails have a zinc coating on surface which offers corrosion protection. They are generally used in areas where minimal corrosion protection is needed.
